Prices and Descriptions

All prices are as stated on the website but we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. We have taken care in preparing the content of this website to ensure all Just Delicious products have been fairly described and photographed accordingly. However, actual goods may slightly differ to those described. Weights are approximate.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Payment Terms

Paypal Payments
We accept payment by credit or debit card on-line only and all transactions take place through Paypal. Please read their terms and conditions to how they conduct credit card transactions. Always ensure that you always log off once you have finished using a shared computer.

Stripe Payments
Just Delicious uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions. By using the Stripe Check Out you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service.

You expressly understand and agree that Just Delicious shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that Just Delicious shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.

You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. Just Delicious is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is Your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.

You understand that Just Delicious uses the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service. You understand and agree to not hold Just Delicious liable for any adverse affects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause to Your Stripe account, or Your business.

 

You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorised credit cards through Stripe.

All transaction information passed between Just Delicious and Stripe’s systems is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Stripe’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Cancellations

Please call us as soon as possible after placing your order on 01423 711595 and we can see what we can do. Once we have baked your treats however we cannot offer a refund.

Complaints

If you are at all unhappy with your products you can send them back. You can return a product for a full refund up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​

To return your product please email sales@just-delicious.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

​

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order.

​

QUALITY ISSUES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If your items come to your door damaged, please contact us at sales@just-delicious.co.uk and we will help you with whatever queries you have.

Privacy Policy

Financial details entered on this site during the payment process will not be stored or retained by Just Delicious and will not be forwarded on or sold to third parties. All payments are processed in accordance with the law.

Cookies

Cookies may be used by us to provide you with certain information e.g. customised information from our website. A cookie is an element of data that a website can send to your browser which may then store it on your system. If you wish, you can usually adjust your browser so that your computer does not accept cookies. Cookies do not contain confidential information such as your home address, telephone number or credit card details. We do not exchange cookies with any third party websites or external data suppliers.

Delivery

All of our treats are homemade by ourselves in our small Yorkshire bakery, using only quality ingredients such as British free range eggs, butter and sugar. We are passionate about our bakes and truly believe in using good quality ingredients to ensure only the best products for you.

We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days on a tracked service with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Should you require your order sooner please let email us and we will aim to get this to you sooner if we have the products ready.

We only deliver to mainland uk.
 

We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Just Delicious dose not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party.
